We rented the 2 bedroom apartment site unseen and have been very happy with our choice. The apartment has a nice big patio overlooking the playground and it’s a decent size for a couple plus small child. It’s not fancy or new but clean and practical. The team here is helpful and friendly and they respond fast to maintenance requests. The pool was an awesome plus in the summer and cleaned meticulously every morning! The location is perfect and parks are close by.

I have enjoyed living here, especially since they have gotten better management. Ever since they made it so the packages from the mail be brought to the office, my packages don't get stolen anymore! It's nice having that peace of mind. Also, the location is great and it's right on the bus line so it's easy to catch the bus if needed.

Maintenance has always been helpful and quick! I moved in when the team was rebuilding so it took a couple days (as expected given the circumstances) before they got to my maintenance request but the day they started they finished everything. And just last month I put in a request, went out for some errands and when I got back it was done, within hours they filled my request! Also, sending in a request with the app simplifies the entire process and communication.

I have family that lives at Heritage Manor. I enjoy going to visit, they have a nice pool area to hang out in the summer. They recently got a dog park and I love watching her pup go for runs there and get outside and off the leash. Nothing but good experiences when I go to visit.

One of the best apartments I have lived at in Rochester. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, it is taken care of quickly. They always have fun events for the residents, we just own a fun basket of toys, treats, etc. from the pet photo contest.
